I've suffered panic attacks /anxiety for 12 years, I had been coping but now I'm back in a viscous circle, I no I'm doing it to myself and no where it's came from but it's affecting my life, I basically go to the toilet all the time, I'm at the stage I can't go into a shop and buy something without going to the toilet 1st, I don't drink all day until I'm back in my house knowing I'm not going back out, it's so draining, help!

do you have a therapist or a counsellor or someone who is trained to help?

I have been seeing a councillor since before Xmas I did start to feel a bit better but then I started a new job and I'm a worst place than ever, I've also seen a hypnotherapist for last 6 weeks and that hasn't helped either 😒

that must be very debilitating yvonne. Β Is it anxiety causing this or a physical symptom other than anxiety?

It's defo anxiety , I'm basically doing these riturals to avoid having a panic attack but know it's making me worse, how do I stop myself doing it?

I had a panic attack in tesco and thought I was going to pee myself that's where's its stemmed from 😒 Panic attackes started after a break up where my ex was cheating on me , I knew myself he was he claimed he wasn't then it all came out he was, so it's a trusting myself issue

Im so sorry about that. You said pee not poop. Is this a constant pee thing? Have you seen a specialist specifically for this? Putting the anxiety aside here, this issue should absolutely be addressed with a qualified specialist. They might have much better answers for you, and then you can deal with anxiety as well.

I've been to hospital as keep getting urine infections but I'm not on medication for this, rbh I think it's happening as I don't drink enough 😬 Ive been seeing a councillor for weeks then a hypnotherapist but I actually feel worse, I started a new job thinking getting out the place I was would help but it's not 😒

You sure this urination thing and infections are anxiety driven? I get the dehydration part, and i understand the anxiety part but this kind of seems to be a physical issue somehow. Have you seen a urologist specialist ever? I always thought they had some kind of medicine to help people who have to pee all the time.Β
