I did a Google search : normal gfr by age. I found an Awesome study in the site Kidney-international.org, I posted a comment about it but it's being reviewed. So it may be posted or not. I'm giving this information just in case they don't post it. I've tried posting a comment before and it was rejected so, just letting you know in case you want to read it because it's AWESOME.
