Stupor, Severe headpain, loss of vision, paralysis and no real direction from doctors yet

TL;DR as this is a lot of info in of itself

Timeline:

Chronic neck and back pain for 15 years, muscles in neck are rock hard and push on nerves, tried everything I and pain clinic could think of, ended up getting RFA for lower back at Mayo clinic but they refused to do same for neck.

June:

started dealing with a Candida issue, had thrush, lost 1 fingernail and 3 toenails, docs put me on diflucan and nystatin both orally consumed

July:

all 4 nails stated growing in well but started feeling 'stunlocked' had building pressure in left sinus and left upper jaw around first bicuspid occurring a few nights a week

August:

started Concerta again since my ADHD has ben a problem over shut-in, same occasional occurrence of pain mentioned for July.

Ended up in the hospital with full body paralysis (less being able to wiggle fingers and toes, although just slightly). Ran scans of brain, tested for diabetes and stroke, hospital said it was a migraine, registered antihistamines via IV and was discharged 3 hours later once I could move

Sept - Pain severity at an all-time high, visited ENT, dentist, 2 different endodontists. first bicuspid ground as dentists thought I may be clenching. Told to sleep with mouthguard to release the jaw tension

Symptoms starting in Sept and persisting to now:

Neck pain much more severe, was already at a 7/10, range of motion is quite poor

Left sinus/left upper gum pressure:

Blurred vision: 10 min/4-5 times a day

Slurred speech: 30 min/4-5 times a day

Stupor: 30 min/4-5 times a day. I cant keep up with normal speech and feel overwhelmed, I have to read the same sentence a few times even most basic

More dry than usual: i typically drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day as I'm always thirsty but up to 2-3/day now, started taking electrolytes as I'm sure essentials are being flushed with how much I'm drinking. My hands are chapped and cracking even though I use plenty of gold bond extra strength, lips are chapped and have dryness and 'hive' issue on left elbow

'Spasms': leg, etc will start bouncing and I have to hold it down as it drives me bonkers, occurs once every couple days

Ear ringing: in the evenings about 30-45 minutes

hands and feet feel like they're each 100 pounds at times, if the house was on fire I could make it to the door but slowly, when this happens I just have to stay where im at until it passes

What I've tried:

Cutting carbs, down to keto levels for 4 weeks - no help

Daily nasal irrigations with distilled water, saline packets and steriod. 1-3 rinses/day

Cutting meds/suppliments 5 days ago:

was taking lyrica 75mg/3 daily(for fibro). The serious side effects of this matched up with much of what I'm experiencing. Fingers crossed that this is cause, I've been on this for 6+ years so assume it will take a while to leave my system

multi-vitamin as quite broad and idk if I have too much of something

5k ibu d3 - a year ago I was tested and borderline at bottom of d3 range, I thought the 5k ibu was quite high but followed docs suggestion

Still getting moderate exercise: 25-30min/day, some light cardio on stationary bike and moderate weight training

Taking sodium bicarbonate and beta alanine supplements wondering if the neck stiffness was a lactic acid problem

Meds I've been on 1yr+ and still taking:

Prestiq 50mg 1/day - anxiety and depression

Lamictal 50mg 1/day - helps with migraines

Concerta 54mg 1/day - ADHD

Ibuprofin 600 3/day - muscle pain, helps a bit but I don't want to go on norco etc again.

Have an EKG scheduled in a week and 8 blood tests for muscle related diseases that neurologist ordered

scheduled Chinese medical center this friday for consult and acupuncture to hopefully release some of the neck stiffness

I do vape... I know I'll get flak for this but doing what I can to not smoke, salt based, had the thirst and dryness issues well before this.

Any ideas to lessen the severity in between testing or thoughts on what this may be?

    Update:

Off all prescriptions for at least 1 month, some longer

No longer vape - stopped 1 month ago

    EMG results came back good

    Blood panels came back good

Symptoms all persist less the jaw pain (found this is a hydration issue, as long as I drink electrolytes and sit next to humidifier throughout day (humidifier at 55, cant be much lower... As my sinus' get more dry, the jaw pain/pressure grows)

    Additional Symptoms:

periodic tingling of the tongue and lips

hundreds of bumps under the skin on my arms, neck, torso and legs

    Planned troubleshooting/tests:

My ENT scheduled for a blood test at infectious disease specialist who refused and eluded to me being a hypochondriac. Going to schedule with another location so they can do a current test to make sure the fungal infection was cleared up.

Going to request a thyroid test

Any other ideas? The doctors and specialists I have been going to appear to be out of ideas/places to refer me to... I did schedule with a chronic illness psychologist who I can have in my back pocket as an advocate that I'm not a hypocondriac and to help with my mental well-being
