just proves how the brain holds on to info...last night felt really anxious and only slept 2 hrs after a good run of 4 mths of no o hr nights...was on my fb page this morning and on may 9th (yesterday)a memory came up on my status id wrote last year about insomnia...just proves it was my subconcious memory bringing about the anxiety i felt last yr about not sleeping..it is all in our minds and that fear of returning to those bleak dark nights of no sleep is what keeps us in its grip..dont give up hope..sleep does return with the occasional blip..as my son just said now you are aware..i need to stop reacting to the fear of no sleep..❤️❤️
