Submandubilar gland swelling

About a year and a half ago my newborn son presented with neonatal lupus and they were able to trace it back to me through blood work. Through the blood work they told me that I tested pos for the Sjögren antibodies although I didn’t have any clinical symptoms at the time.  Fast forward to about a month ago...I noticed that I have a lump on the floor of my mouth. After a little online googling I was able to identify that the lump is in the area of the submandubilar gland. It feels like a very small cyst under the roof of my mouth. No pain but accidentaly discovered it with my tounge. Since I’ve been diagnosed with sjogrens I’ve never really given it much thought bc I never had mouth or eye dryness. However, this has started to concern me. I’m going to be making an appt with an ENT but was just wondering if any of you have experienced this or know if this is common with SS?

Thank you so much in advance!
