Subtalar ankle fusion pain

i am 11 weeks post op after subtalar ankle fusion due to deformed talus.

everything is going as planned. I'm currently still in plaster but able to light weight bare now.

the past week I've been experiencing some discomfort/pain similar to what i had pre surgery.

I'm really hoping that its normal and that its just everything adjusting inside.

can anyone shed any light please on what it may be or if you experienced this
