18 months ago i suffered a fracture of my calcanium, the resulting arthritis required a subtalar fusion which was carried out 8 weeks ago. i am presently walking in an aircast boot until i return to the consultant in 5 weeks. The pain without the boot on top of my foot near the ankle when i try to bend is very sore, is this normal?
