Subutex/ buprenorphine tappering withdrawal

hi I've used opiates for 22 years

started when i got addicted to heroin 22years ago but I've been clean off heroin 19 years now

been on subutex 19 years i just never got off it I've tried reducing slowly but I've mental health complications so i could never find strength to come off completely

anyway I'm reducing subutex i jumped to very low dose 16mg to 7mg without realizing ( long story).

will every reduction make keep me feeling like crap cuz i really have been in withdrawals its horrible like I'm 16 again getting off methadone in rehab my life is completely normal i don't have friends in these circles its as if I was never on drugs .

anyone else suffered tappering withdrawal? thanks

    It depends on the drug, mental health drugs cause heavy sleep, and drugs stays in the system for a while. I am glad you stop taking heroine, the best thing to do is find a healthier alternative.
