success stories for ablation please

I have AF, and am due to have ablation in a few weeks time. Finding it hard to find anyone for whom this has completely worked, are you out there? Also been told it hurts? How do you keep calm. Finally exercise, good or bad? Lots of questions but I really needed a chat room like this.
