Success stories restarting celexa after tapering too quickly

So my husband and I decided to try to have a baby in November so i tapered off my celexa that i had been on for 8 years and i tapered way too quickly!!! About 3 weeks later my anxiety came back full force and it was debilitating! I was then diagnosed with CoVid and had to have my gallbladder removed the beginning of January! After that I started back on celexa 10mg for 6 weeks and recently increased the dose to 20mg! I am now on day 8 and having bad side effects! Headaches, stomach pain, nausea you name it. My question is will 20mg work for me sonce i was on 40mg when i stopped ??? I cannot go through anymore side effects and I just want my life back!!! please no negative feedback!
