Success with L.S. Treatment?

Would like to know if you have tried any treatment besides Clobetasol for lichen sclerosis...

*What treatment have you tried?

*What is the recouperation time?

*How many times do you need to go back for further treatment?

I am 52 y.o. and beyond frustrated with L.S. As of now, it comes and goes for me, but right now it is really bad...I have constant burning, itching, and feel like my vaginal area has been ripped apart. It has completely ruined my appetite for sex, since every time my husband and I are intimate, I'm in pain afterwards. Looking for alternatives. TIA
