i was disgnosed a few years ago and used the steroid ointment was in remission for a while. its flared up again and 100 times worse than before. i can hardly wipe it hurts so bad i am miserable. i read about the borax treatment on here. can some one explain that to me and also can some one give mea hint on how to wipe that won't make me cry in pain?

Dab, don't wipe. During flares, I use a squirt bottle to wash and then dab dry using a soft cloth (like you would to wipe a babies bottom). If you are experiencing pain on the anus, I use the squirt bottle first and then use Cetaphil cleanser on paper or cloth to clean.
You can put a some borax into the squirt bottle to see if it will help. A saturated solution is when you put enough powder in that it will no longer dissolve. You can also so this with baking soda.
