Sudden anisocoria (23F with picture)

hi, i've been having nightly panic attacks about this for a couple weeks now. I've been on citalopram since about 2019 but recently was advised to change my routine, so I did. One night I was looking in the mirror and notice my pupils were different sizes! They do react to light, however one is bigger than the other especially in dim lighting and at night time. I'm also on quetiapine.

I went to A&E and they took me to the eye triage and they said it didn't look too big of a difference and my eyes are healthy. However I cannot stop having panic attacks about this! I feel sick and i have a huge headache now from how much I've scared myself.

What should I do? Is this normal? I'm so scared!!
