Sudden ataxia in healthy male, 35 year old. Doctors can't find a solution. Any help is welcome.

Hello. My brother, 35, was a healthy male. On March 15, 2022 during work, he felt dizzy and went to the Hospital, where he collapsed.

In a matter of 78 days his condition got worse and worse over time. He can't hardly walk -he can move his legs but can't stand on his feet, he gets quickly exhausted, so he now needs a wheelchair-, he has difficult using his hands -he cant use fork and knife- due to shaking, he has slurreed speech. For all these reasons he's laying in bed 24/7, desperately waiting for a diagnose and treatment to battle his symptoms.

Dozens of doctors have seen him, including the best local neurologists (Uruguay), he underwent to every kind of imaginable medical exam, even got them sent to Mayo Clinic, and they all turn out a "normal" result.

Please, if you know a similar case to his, so we can find a diagnose/effective treatment/cure/solution to his ataxia, let me know.
