Sudden cardiac arrest/death?

Hi guys. I hope this doesn’t sound too crazy. My current biggest fear is having a heart attack/sudden cardiac arrest and death. I constantly have symptoms of heart issues such as dizziness, left arm pain/weakness/numbness, neck and shoulder pain, chest pain, burning in the chest, and cramping feeling underneath my left rib cage. These symptoms come and go but when I notice them I get terrified. My brother had WPW so I had an EKG to check if I had it as well and this was before i started having these heart symptoms. It came back clear. I am a 20 year old female and i hear about young people dying of sudden cardiac death or having heart attacks when they were seemingly very healthy. This is my biggest fear. Do you think these symptoms are woresome or just anxiety? Should I urge for more tests or would one ekg a year ago spot anything that would cause heart attack/SCD? What are the chances of me having a heart attack or sudden cardiac death? How can I get over this fear? Thank you

You said you have symptoms of heart issues but those symptoms are also quite common with anxiety and stress.
I would think that the ecg would have detected any abnormality.
If you want peace of mind you can have another opinion but you also may be Overthinking this., which can cause anxiety symptoms.
Are you normally anxious?
Try first reducing your anxiety to see if the symptoms decline.
Learn proper breathing exercises for anxiety on you tube and listen to some meditations.
If your symptoms persist you can ask for further tests but It’s most likely anxiety related.
Slow down.
A great meditation is called Detachment from Overthinking.

You might want to have your GP run a stress test on you. With that said, I seriously doubt at 20 years old that you have a heart problem that will lead to Sudden Cardiac Arrest. That is very rare in young people like yourself.
Do you have a history of heart problems in your family that cause problems at an early age? Any family deaths from heart issues at an early age. If not, I wouldn't get too concerned. The symptoms you described can just be tension, stress or anxiety caused.
I'm 64 and I occasionally get sharp pains in my chest, heartburn under my diaphragm and so on. But I don't get too concerned because nobody in my family history ever really had heart disease. They all died from strokes at a very old age or cancer at an old age. The symptoms always subside with time and my yearly EKG's always look good.
Get a stress test if you are concerned, but I really wouldn't worry about it. Very low probability of heart issues for someone in your age group.

I know the cycle of fear u are experiencing it's gotta be broken... anyone can die suddenly from cardiac arrest but people dont think about it constantly it consumes you I can tell..
your symptoms are anxiety related trust me I know..
I'll tell u from experience what u are truly searching for that is PEACE OF MIND u seek that reassurance I can relate trust me I'm not doctor or a counselor but I believe first hand experience beats a counselor hang in there reprogram your thinking pattern simple live face your fears. When u do and u come out alive the brain begans to realize it takes time

A person with anxiety wants someone who is a doctor to tell them it's just anxiety the mind relaxed for a day and then the fears come back

Hi sweets. Here's what I would do. Get a full work up with your Dr, get the heart tests, etc and if all comes back fine, you know for sure it's anxiety and panic and nothing more. You will feel good about doing all you can do to make sure you are okay physically. All of the symptoms you talked about are anxiety and panic type stuff, but just get the tests done so you can stop worrying. Hugs!
