Sudden Confusion or Losing Focus

So as a background, I have been dealing with neck issues for 3 months. During this time I started having dizziness/tiredness and sometimes difficulty on focusing and sometimes talking. Sometimes when I am sending an audio message for example, I would get stuck and lost for words and rewind.

The last week my neck got much better, I am more productive, and life has been better but still I have some issues with the losing focus part.

For example, it happened twice this week. I would wake up confused for like 1 second like where am I. After that the day is normal.

Also it happened recently, I was walking at night with a friend, the first twenty minutes were good, after that I started little by little lose focus, then I was telling a story and middle of it I was getting stuck between words and a sudden fear/losing-control came but went away like twenty seconds later. I felt I needed to drink water. This happened like a month ago. It's usually happening at night.

I don't feel it's an anxiety. I feel my level of oxygen getting low or severe dehydration. I am not sure if the neck is still related to this.

What would you recommend to do?
