Sudden dizziness when sitting

Hi everyone,

I'm a 22 years old man and I recently (5 month or so) started getting these occasional dizzy spells when I'm sitting or lying down. They are extremely short and don't last for more than a second. It feels as if I'm suddenly falling down even though I'm sitting completely still. I'm not really sure if it feels like the room is spinning or not but it just feels like I'm almost falling into my seat if that makes sense. This happens occasionally maybe a few times a month. And the weird thing is they always happen at night. What could this be?
