Sudden episode

Does anyone else ever get a sudden onset of lightheadedness (that drunk feeling) and heart palpitations out of nowhere? ? I was just having coffee (decaf!) with a friend and - wham - I was hit with it. I managed to finish the conversation and walk home without too much issue, but WTH? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Feeling ok one minute and NOT ok the next? And along with the lightheadedness and palps I feel like someone just gave me a shot of adrenaline. My hands are shaking and I feel crazy wired. 😖

Hello ladies. Im 2 years post meno and still experience dizziness every now and then. Been through a lot of symptoms too.

Is there anyone, post meno, experiencing heaviness on breast? Its not constant discomfort, come and goes...please share your experience.

    Thanks ladies.

    God Bless.

Yes, I have it almost everyday esp. under stress. Sometimes it's so bad that I can't walk straight or hold a decent conversation. Very frustration. My heart beat so fast, legs shaky & head dizzy.

This was me today. I woke up ok. Everything going great I felt on top of the world. I went to the mall with friends then suddenly i started to shake, anxiety, jelly legs, cannot breath. I had to find a bench to quickly sit down. Then i started to cry. My friends could not believe it. I was reading up on bio identical hormones. I think i may give it a try. I cannot take this
