Sudden hot flush feeling inside my body then feel really weird

I had a pretty good day not to much anxiety and driving down road all of sudden feel really hot flush inside thru out body little chest tightness and weird feeling. Of course I freak outhe and think heart, passing out. Anyone have this feeling. I'm ready to scream.

    it sounds like a panic attack or anxiety can do that. i had to go to heart doc to make sure it wasnt my heart. Thank u Jesus it wasnt.

      Yes I had heart Cath about 3 yrs ago and stress ekg about six months ago all good. But my I still worring. The flush feeling is so warm aND scary. But thank you so much. Glad your test was good.

    It sounds like adrenaline to me, anxiety can build up over a period of time and come out of the blue even when you think your ok at the time. See it as a little set back and try to get on with your day smile x

    It always seems to happen when youre thinking your anxiety is doing good. It always has to creep up on us! I was just sitting here and thought wow, my anxiety is low today.. Suddenly I had this sharp stabbing pain under both breasts, side and shoulder.. Now the day is ruined lol

    I get this sometimes too, the first couple of times were terrifying but now i just breathe through it. Classic anxiety/panic disorder symptoms, it cannot physically hurt you though. X

      oh my thank you I didn't know what to think felt like I was fixing to fall out.
