Sudden light sensitivity and ghosting - anyone else experienced this?

Hello!

Since around two months back I've started having problems with my vision. Basically, I am suddenly a lot more light sensitive than I used to be, and I am seeing after images whenever I look at objects with high contrast. For an example, I see ghosting frequently when I look at screens like phone screens or computer screens. For text, I will for a brief period of time see faint ghosting of the writing, before it slowly "merges" with the actual text.

It is not only limited to screens, however - looking at the sky during the day also causes issues. I will see ghosting of tree's canopies, for an example, or of the outline of building's roofs.

I've been to an eye doctor and they could not find any problem with my eyes. I've also done a CT scan in the emergency room, and they could not find any tumours or bleeding.

This is really starting to impact my quality of life, as looking at computer screens (which I do a lot for both work and leisure) quickly becomes tiring because of this. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
