Sudden nervousness

Posted , 5 users are following.

Sometimes during the day i will get kind of a nervous feeling for no reason, so i worry that something bad could happen or will happen, it's like a false gut feeling. I have nothing going on in school or at home to make me nervous, ive been dating for three months so im not nervous of being around her. So i was just wondering if anyone else that has these weird nervous feelings.

Thanks !!!!!!!!!

It happens to me. Like a feeling of dread. I think it is part of my general anxiety disorder.

    Hi Sam

Oh yes - all the time! I wake most mornings with a nervous tummy feeling and then it can come on randomly whenever.

People ask how I feel and I find it very difficukt to describe but it is like a nervous on edge feeling. It's quite often, like you when I have nothing to feel nervous about. I put myself under a great deal of pressure to do things which I don't think helps.

Yep absolutely get this! I can be doing very normal mundane things and nothing planned out of the ordinary and BOOM! I start to feel incredibly anxious for no reason, anxiety is a pain! Just wanted to say you are not alone 😊

You have just started a relationship  and if you are working hard at your School that can cause Anxiety.

All just a normal part of life in 2017.

If you need your GP, make an appointment. Remember it can be good to have a bit of an edge to our lives, it makes life more interesting
