Sudden pulling or pushing sensation coming from feet when standing... Please help

Hi!
Since about a year I have been experiencing a very weird feeling and it is now really starting to affect my life I would really appreciate if you could try to help me..
Whenever I am walking with small steps I have some horrible sensations. It feels like something is pulling me upward or downward. It is very hard to describe but it is an odd sudden and involuntary pulling sensation. It feels like my leg is suddenly pushing upwards in my hip or my knee or that something is resisting my mouvement… It also bring dizziness because when I walk it makes me feel like I am on a bouncy castle or that the floor is moving or that I am walking on a rubber band.... And I am sorry I know it sounds weird and vague but I feel like there really is something wrong with me not related to the inner-ear system or anxiety or anything because I can reproduce this sensation over and over again, even when I am completely calm at home..
For example I can stand on one foot and then alternate on the other one and the sensation happens almost all the time. All I need is to put some weight on one foot and do some small hip/feet mouvement or change foot. I also noticed that I need to have some minimum angle with my knee. It doesn’t happen if I keep my leg completely straight. But for example when I simply walk, it happens.
Sometimes I think it might be related to my knee or hip ? Or even maybe something involving nerves in my back.. I really have no idea and don’t know a lot about medical stuff.. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be ? I really need help please..
For info, I’am a tall skinny 21 years old male. knock-knee
Many thanks for taking the time to read this far! And thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I suffer from vestibular migraines took over a year for diagnosis and I don't really get the migraine side so much. But I do often feel like I am walking like mr soft, like I am doing giant steps as the ground goes up and down. Do u have any other visual issues. I mean one of mine is straight lines like blinds or a striped shirt.
