Sudden red/violet spots on shoulders

I've had this before. It used to go away right away, but this time it stays for more than 24 hours.

-I'm anemic

  • I take Iron pills supplement but not consistently.
  • Lifestyle, irregular sleep, awake at night, sleeping at day. Writing on my dark room on the computer all day.
  • Is this Petechiae?
  • Is this early signs of Leukemia? Or just low platelet count, stress or because I'm an anemic person?

    How long have you been battling with an anemic problem?

      Apart from iron tablets, are you taking any other medicine for this.
