Sudden sensitivity

Hello,

In the past couple of weeks or so, I've developed a sudden sensitivity to light and sound when I'm anxious. It first happened when I was at a friend's house, and despite the lights there being fairly dim, I got a bad headache and had to go into their bedroom and lie down in the dark. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

I can't stand listening to music loud or the t.v. And when I'm in lights that are to bright or to dim. Everytime I get in the sun on a hot day my heart rate goes up and my heart beats Outa my chest.I have been battling panic attacks for awhile now.My heart feels dull an it aches my left breast is very sore.
