Sudden stabbing pain in mid and right side of chest

Im 21 male and i have anxity disorder doc put me on 20mg proponolol rarely i feel like sudden stabbing pain on the mid and right side of my chest for 2 seconds and i feel like i may have heart attack mostly i experience this when i lie down on bed am i really need to worry coz this sudden rare feeling ruining my confidence level needed suggestions frnds

    Hey! I suffer from anxiety, it’s awful, mine started when I had labrynthitis really bad, I’m supposed to take 10mg propranolol but I try not to, the pain you feel is more likely brought on by anxiety, it happens to me all the time! I was just washing up after tea, went all dizzy and suddenly I start panicking because I hate the feeling, I always get more anxious about teatime, I’ve no idea why

    I feel that way too only that my pain takes the left side.....I did 5 ECGs all are fine....i did one two weeks ago.....I'm still scared at times about the feeling....doc says it's just anxiety...

      They don't find anything wrong with me physically....I did alot of blood tests to rule out underlying causes of the symptoms I'm having they were all fine......I think it's just anxiety
