sudden symptom change

IhaveMy symptoms seem to changed pretty suddenly. Befote I had lump in my throat pain in chest ect.. now I pretty much onky get a heavy burning sensation in my stomach and judt below my breast bone. I sometimes chest pain still but not as severe or as often...what could this be? Had anyone experienced this?

    Mine have changed too and I am not so sure this is acid reflux. It's scaring me. I can't seem to take the dexilant or pantoprazole because they are making me have a tight throat/neck.  Now I am having chest pain below the hollow of my neck and it kind of radiates towards that hollow of the throat and up my throat.  The pain is maybe collarbone area. It's so hard to describe.  Anyone know what I am talking about or have experience with this feeling?

      Look into tight muscles as an option. My throat are barley there anymore since I have been stretching and went to the chiro. I too experienced a tight throat from taking vitamins or medication.
