Sudden Tingling/itching & pin and needles throughout my body. Has anyone experienced this?

I have had anxiety for years now and went through a bout of bad anxiety these past few months. Recently I've felt great physically and mentally, however, as of 2 days ago I suddenly started having a tingling sensation throughout my body and I first thought maybe it's dry skin, allergy, etc. But I now think it could be due anxiety?? I didn't feel anxious before these sensations started but maybe it's possible I was anxious or stressed about something. I had a panic attack last night because the tingling and itching was so bad I couldn't sleep, which I think caused it to become worse. I am still experiencing it now and the tingling hasn't stopped since 2 days ago:( I'm feeling defeated and annoyed. Has anyone experienced this ? How long did it last, and what did you do to stop the sensations being caused by anxiety?(even when not feeling anxious) How do I stay calm and not make this worse while waiting for it to go away?

I've definitely experienced the pins and needles part, mostly comes over unexpected and unexplained but, and as much of a cliché as this is, yoga really helps, as does keeping moving. The pins and needles can be anxiety-inducing - keeping warm (a hot water bottle is great) is helpful too.
