Sudden weakness

I was wondering with CFS besides having a fatigue baseline does anyone get sudden whole body weakness? Like your energy has been zapped and just exhausted.

I get this every now and then. I'm not sure if it's part of gaving cfs or is there more to it. Potassium issue or some electrolyte imbalance?

I get this sonetimes laying in bed or during the day with not exerting myself that much. Should I be concerned?

Yeah, I agree. Insurance companies are annoying. They send me papers to appeal their decision. Not sure what I'll do.

    Yes Taro,

I don't even have to have done anything and all I want to do is lie down with exhaustion, my legs are like jelly and my arms ache and feel like lead. My heart races a bit too sometimes. My doc says I've got post viral infection but it's been going on since the beginning of the year, I'm really frustrated. I've started taking liquid magnesium as that's supposed to be helpful, it's early days with that though. xx
