Suddenly got this bumpy skin rash and not sure what it could be

a few days ago I noticed my chest felt a little itchy and saw a bump on it, figured it was a mosquito bite and ignored it but over the days its spread on my stomach and sides with a few on my chest. they're small bumps that don't really have a pattern, or bite marks and they aren't spreading onto other parts of my body. i washed my sheets and clothes to see if that was the issue and it hasn't helped. not really sure what it could be.

    It could be one of these mysterious viral rashes that itch for a while and then mysteriously suddenly clear up.

    Alternatively it could be an allergy to something you have been in contact with. Have you had any food that is different for example? Any new plants in the house? Changed your washing powder, or shower gel? Been handling Christmas decorations with glitter on them?

    If its an allergy then an antihistamine one per day may help.

    If you start to feel unwell or the itchng and rash becomes severe then please see your doctor. If its still the same after 2 weeks then also see your doctor.
