Suddenly had a headache, it's been over a year with them now

I'm a 23 year old guy. Never used to have headaches at all, or any medical issues. In late 2018 i suddenly started getting them daily and now i have a terrible headache everyday. sometimes its so bad i vomit, or can't hardly do anything except lay down. they get worse when i'm standing, so Doctors thought it may be low csf in brain. ct and mri scan ruled that out. one dr said a lumbar puncture would rule out low csf completely, but another said he is sure its not low csf just based on mri. no meds have worked. especially bad in the morning, nearly impossible to get out of bed ....strangely recently have found if my neck is massaged before i stand up in the morning it helps immensely? any one else experience this? never had any head pain issues my whole life until this, desperate for help!

Yes, I have heard before that it could be related to the neck--- try a chiropractor or neck stretches and see if that doesn't help.. Sometimes blood pressure can cause headaches or even anxiety..
