Suffered from Several Chronic symptoms since 8 months

When I move my Mandible I feel a creaking, grating, clicking, or crunching noise in my right ear and for Unknown causes sometimes this lead to:

-pain behind ear

-slight pain along cervical lymph node in right side only

-Feel tension in my Ear drum

-Headache radiating to eye

-Malaise without fever or very low grade fever

-May have pain behind angle of mandible

I have some dental caries and need to put Orthodontics because upper jaw not fit lower jaw.

I suffered from hearing loss in right ear and this treated by talking Dexaglobe Injection and now hearing is normal.

what the cause of these symptoms could be ???
