Suffering Fierce Withdrawal

I have tapered from 15mg Propranolol (switched to Atenolol) and now at the equivalent dosage of 5.7mg Propranolol. i tapered these 10mg over tye course of five months. I am suffering bad withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, malaise, Adrenalin surges, freezing/boiling, extreme anxiety and agitation. i also get burning/tingling in my hands and feet. feeling duscouraged as I still have 5.7mg to go.... I never expected the withdrawal to be this intense. anyone else suffering to this degree?

      i,ve been trying to stop bisoprolol and have alarming symptoms so i go right back on them again. They drop my heart rate and blood pressure too low. i have SVT

      im struggling horribly. It has been five months since I last dropped the Atenolol and I am very sick still. Insane anxiety with burning.
