Suffering from emotional numbness I’m scared to take 20mg Citalopram

hi i am suffering really bad from emotional numb ness to the point where i cant remember happy tomes im so happy in my life but my heart and inside i telling me different i just cant love people e like my boyfrjend and family i have been stressing so much this hear with COVID-19 loosing my job loosing money my acne and i recently lost my nana last year i literally sat one night and i just had this cold feeling it feels like someone has just poisned d my mind in may i suffered from anxiety to the pouint it felt like someone had there hands around my throat 24/7 i rang ghe docotrs and they put me on sertraline and worse thing ever i lost so much weight it was horrible now i cant cope with not loving they out me on citalopram 20mg im scared to take them after reading reviews online this emotional numbness isnt me at all i

    hi Katie, this is awful! you poor thing, i can't believe doctor's again are still shoving people on from one antidepressant to another. do what i did refuse to take none! make the doctor's offer you something other than pills, you speak to the people on here who have been switched one lot to another over and over. i wish you luck, just put your foot down!

    Hey girl, first thing go to your doctor to get something for anexity there are things out there to help you 100% you can do this. No questions asked! your strong enough to pull yourself through this s**t so lets go!

    This year is bad for all of us. Stress levels are worse for people that feel helpless. If you are emotionally numb, it is because of intense stress. Work on the reason why you feel emotionally numb.
