Suffering from head pressure and chest pain

I am 20 year old male. I have a very low physique and my weight is very low as well. 2 years back, I thought of improving my body and started doing exercises like push ups at home. One day it was too extreme and I developed a chest pain in right side. We visited a doctor who prescribed pain killers and anti-inflammatory pills. I continued that treatment for a year. But the chest pain did not improve. Everytime I lift something, or do even a little exercise or even sit straight for a while I get so much intense pain in my chest. It's like being physically disabled. But to add further to my sufferings, maybe it was the painkillers, I don't know, but one day when studying, I started having extreme pressure in back of my head. I couldn't read even a page. Studying or thinking increases the pressure and I need to stop. We tried many doctors but to no avail. It's not migraine, it's not tension headache, it's just a constant pressure and heavyness at the back of my head which disables me from doing intellectual work. Both my pains are unexplainable guys and that scares me a lot. I think the chest pain is due to costochondritis and the headache is due to vata aggrevation inside my head. Please help me shed light on this. My last 2 years have been so bad. And I am still in so much pain. Also I masturbate a lot. Please any suggestions would go so amazing on me.

I'm so sorry other what you are going through!!!

You should try Ultimate PAIN Fighter it has gotten rid of my headaches faster than anything else!!!!!!!

I suffered for years with migraines and headaches and now whenever I feel a headache coming on I put on UPF and it relieves it usually in less that 5 minutes!!! NOTHING has ever worked that fast for me!!!!! Now I use it for everything that hurts or bothers me!!! The best part is there's no drugs in it so no weird side affects You just gotta try it it's awesome!!!
