Suffering with anxiety symptoms

been doing really bad lately... dealing with alot of lifes stress and its affecting me physically. i have turn to alcohol to relieve some stress but I'm an addict and have overdid it which has put a lot of strain on my heart and once again feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. I had a really bad heart of session over the last year and have gotten every test done under the sun to make sure that my heart is good and is besides occasional AFIB because of the alcohol. the last day or so I've been really struggling with a racing heart and being all sweaty and feeling like I'm going to pass out but when I go to check my pulse nine times out of 10 it's just a little above 100 + seems a little fast but has a regular rhythm. does anybody else experience severe anxiety physically but yet your heart rate is normal? also having chest pain and some stomach pains. I'm just so tired of being tired I just wish that it would all end.

are you able to speak to a counselor? they can give u resources, many are free.churches can also get you some free or low-cost resources.
you need support with dealing with life issues, anxiety, etc.
yes ive had the severe physical anxiety with a normal heart rate. Sometimes the heart feels like it’s pounding but when it’s due to anxiety it won’t hurt you.
take care❤

What's going on? You are not alone, I have been there, in fact I'm there most of the time being single with a stressful job and health issues and old. I am also looking for a good counselor. You should too. But in the time if you need to vent on this board, if that will help you to share, do it. These women are amazing.

talk to your doctor. they can help you. have you tried anxiety medications? THEY WORK BUT IT WONT BE EASY? BUT SAYING THAT YOU HAVE TO TRY? Think of your child. so by getting doctors help you will not only help yourself but you will also be helping your child too. when Mom's ok the child will be ok too. good luck. i hope you get on to feeling better . you deserve it sweetie.
