Suffering with fevers for 10 months.

Hi, this will be a long post so be prepared to read

on my birthday (8th may) i developed tonsilitis, which later turned into glandular fever in which my temperature spiked 40°c. I also suffered with streptococcus in my body, and then in august i had COVID-19 test which turned out to be positive.

I then developed pain in my upper thigh/buttocks and was referred for an emergency MRI scan by the A&E consultant, it turned out that i have tendinitis there.

Ive been having regular checkups with the consultant and have been on 4 courses of penicillin since May and even had 1 week of steroids to try and reduce the temperatures. I was then prescribed a 6 month course of antibiotics in November (penicillin)

It is now Jan 2021, so i've been on penicillin for 2 months currently and i'm still suffering with temperatures ranging from 37.7-39.6. I'm also still having symptoms such as - breathlessness, easily bruising, swollen glands, headaches, and dizziness.

Can someone please help as to why i keep having these temperatures and symptoms, even when taking penicillin twice a day for 2 months

thank you
