Suffering with HS and stuck

I have been suffering from Hidradenitis for the better part of a decade (and I'm only 24), and never officially diagnosed until 5 years ago. I have been through every antibiotic, home remedy, steroid, diet, and treatent imaginable. Except extensive surgery. I live in the US and have been to the Emergency Room hundreds of times to have then incised and drained. Most of the time I'm treated poorly or I know more about my condition then the doctors do. And they don't believe that they are tracking under the skin and that there are multiple pockets of infection in the larger boils. I have tried multiple bandaids, dressings, bandages, and each one needs different gauze different tape. Some i have had to make small domes to tape to myself to cover them to keep pressure and contact away from them to just make it through work or until I can get to the hospital. I have had 3 general surgeons 2 plastic surgeons dozens of dermatologist and 4 OB/GYNs.... I get different answers and solutions from each one. None seem to help. I seem to need a different doctor for each sore depending on its location on my body. Any suggestions on how to get the doctors to listen to my needs and get the help I truly need, and suggestions on bandaging boils under the breasts in the crease (I am extremely well endowed). I just can't get anything to stay long enough.

In addition. I personally would rather be admitted and have them start removing the cavities and tracts I don't care about scaring anymore I'm covered in them and would rather have scars then sores if it means I can stop going through the lengths I have to go through just for comfort on a regular basis.

you can use pantie liners stick it to the wire part off the bra that goes under your breast.the liner will obsorb all fluids change about 2 hrs a day hs will start to vanish as time goes on. I have never been to the doctors and I have pretty much figured out how to cure my own hs.

Mine is severe. And the ones under my breasts never drain. I wish they would. they come up and are this horrible huge boil that never comes to a head but expands. any kind of contact to it when it's huge hot and purple and mostly hard. No real soft spot. Sends me flying in a whirlwind of pain. I'm just so tired of trying anymore. It's becoming burdensome on my husband and making it hard for me to care for my kids when the bout is really bad

How awful for you.   I have been told that smoking and being overweight can be triggers.   I find stress is one of mine also.

Some sufferers swear that cutting out nightshade foods (potatoes,  tomatoes etc.) helps them.  x

Unfortunately I've already been there. Quit smoking for a long time. No change. Every diet from Atkins to Paleo And even low fat vegan (there really is such a thing.) stress definitely is a trigger, but with a job there children and a husband stress is daily constant. I just want doctors to listen to my concern and maybe take some of it seriously. I just want it cut out at this point. I understand there are differences in sores and require different surgeries. But I'm tired of taking antibiotics over and over (which do no good build a resistance create allergies and make a mess in the dental department) I just want to cut to the chase.
