I have a fast metabolism so I am not obese.But I drink a combination of sugar milk and vanilla and stir it up.And I put "a lot" of sugar on it.I am trying to know if I can get diabetes.

Diabetes is usually in the DNA from your family history. If your family members have it there is a good chance you can develop it in your future. It is not usually contracted from the sugar overload you are doing( which in itself self is is destructive). So take a long hard look at what you are doing to your body otherwise with this concoction. Talk to a doctor about your hi metabolism.
