Sugar Drinks

The one way I let my health down is by drinking high sugar drinks.  The main one is "V".

Could drinks high in sugar effect my weight, or the ability to lose weight ? I do alot of excercise, about 5 - 10 hours of walking a week.

thing with callories in can affect your wgt loss - it is not just food that puts on the lbs - I am presuming the V stands for vodka and a spirit on it's own is not that calorific however it is what you put with it that bumps up the wgt gaining effects - diet drinks are not so bad but other things such as cordial and fruit juices soon add up. My advice would be to look at the calorific value of the drinks you are drinking regularly - be totally honest with yourself - then work out the callories they add up to for the wk - look at lower calorie options and see where you could swop for less calorific drinks then see if these changes make a diff for you at the scales over the wks.
