    Glutenfree paleo style diet- also go organic, no soy, wheat, rye, barley, corn. No sugar. Very limited dairy to hard cheeses and yogurts.

    essential amino acid supplements

    good quality vitamin and mineral supplements- including coblimated Bs

    exercise

    chlorophyl

    reduce stress

    I've found chiropractic and acupuncture to be extremely helpful. Neck health is super important in thyroid disease!

    Well that should get you going. If you do the top three, you'll be off to a good start.
