Suicidal OCD

Hi does anyone know if there is a type of suicidal OCD? I had it when I was 9 and couldn’t control the feeling of wanting to kill myself. I also didn’t want to at the same time though. Does anyone else have any similar experiences?

You need to have a helper who can give advice and support, if not already, you do not say how old you are so a GP appointment should be able to help. Make a list before you go, that will help you explain your thoughts and fears.

In the past I tried Suicide, even now they still worry that I may try again. What you need to understand, one thing that happens to us is As we progress through life with these conditions we keep repeating in our own mind and sometimes under our breath how much we would love to end it all. This becomes a repeating habit when life/ We becomes so unhappy and stressed. It is important you need to understand these negative feelings and begin to  move on with our lives  To be honest my suicide attempt literary put the fear of God into my brain and the actual bringing me back was also not very pleasant so I have decided how much in life is positive therefore I need to move on through the pathway that has been laid out for me.

Talk to your GP and explain how you feel. If you are under sixteen take your Parent with you, your GP may wish to talk with your in private

I’m 19 and have other psychological issues. I’m seeing someone soon at the mental health team. But I think that time when I was 9 was a sign that something wasn’t right with me. It was as if my body was forcing me to hurt myself even though I didn’t want to. I remember a lot of anxiety but I also remember a time in childhood where I was extremely stressed.
