I have had a very bad year and so many things have gone wrong for me. I have tried to commit suicide twice in the last 3 weeks. Anybody have any advice. How do I stop myself from doing it again. Diagnosed bipolar in 2007

Hi topher3121
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologies for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
Kindest regards
Patient

Please immedistely contact mental health professionals about your suicide attempts. If you are delayed in seeing them, call a suicide prevention hot line now.
Please don't rationalize things into believing you are "OK" now. Multiple suicide attempts indicate a very serious condition, that is unlikely to get better without help. (I've been there)

There is a battle going on. And I’m not speaking of a physical battle, not one of flesh and bone, but a spiritual battle. Satan thrives on stealing, killing, and destroying and is a master of deception. He will trick you into thinking that taking your life is the right thing to do on impulse and try to keep you from seeing beyond that. God loves you! Please seek help and talk to someone about how you feel. With or without medication, there is help and you’re definitely not alone in feeling the way that you do. The devil is a liar!
I will keep you in my prayers.
