    Hi,

    We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologise for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help. 

    If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.

    If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.

    The Samaritans is a UK based charity, but they also have suggestions for how you can access help in other countries.

    Hey. Were all here if you ever do feel like talking. If you don't feel like talking to us please call a suicide hotline. They maybe able to help.

    I promise its ok! We are all in our own private hell in some ways. But that is the test of our strength and when you think you can't take it, that is not true. .. you can. Every day. .. just hold on for one more day!

    That's what I do and I've had a very hard life. On nearly all levels. If I can do it, you can. I promise! ?

    Just want you to know that you are in my thoughts. Think about what you are "thinking" that is affecting the way you are feeling. I know it may sound silly, but the analogy of Humpty Dumpty comes to mind, we have all fallen and we are all broken in different ways. However, we can pick up the pieces and put them together again. Some pieces may be missing, and some pieces we may want to discard, but we all have the resources to start anew and start putting those pieces back together. We are a piece of work, but we are worth it. Snap out of it and start putting the pieces of the puzzle together, you can do this.

    Sometimes we see no solutions in sight, but every problem has a solution. Just try and take one day at a time. You are not alone. I understand how you feel. Just wanted to say hey.

    You are not alone emmy30. We are here with you and for you.  Thoughts are just thoughts. Sometimes our thoughts can be very scary. Anxiety is really good at using our thoughts to make us doubt our true self.  If you need to go to the hospital. Don’t give up. People love you.  Say to yourself over and over I love myself. May seem silly but it helps. I’m praying for you. Have you heard of the DARE app. Its good with helping anxiety, worry and intrusive thoughts and It’s free.

    Just remember..you are never ever alone. Look at all of the replies on here....We care. You are being thought of. So please just know that complete strangers are thinking and praying for you...I'm sure your family and friends are too.
