Sulfur burps and vomiting!! No Dr can figure it out

hello,

ive been suffering from this issue for almost 15 years and its miserable. it starts with sulfer burps, then extreme bloating. after about an hour ill start vomiting. as soon as i start vomiting ill start stinky watery diarrhea. the vomiting and diarrhea will last roupghly 8 to 12 hours. the nausea will last for days. i will run a fever during these episodes as well. ive been checked for H-pylori and found nothing. ive had a hida scan, ultra sound and ct scan. nobody can give a difinitive answer to the problem. i could go months without an episode or multiple times a month.

has anyone suffered the same issues and resolved them. the only thing i have figured out to help is to not eat.
