Sunrider supplements

Just curious about this. They have anti- inflammatory products. Has any used them and do they help?

    You will probably have to type the links in - but you might find this of interest. I find it difficult to believe they have changed much - except to change how they advertise the stuff. Supplements are not regulated and studies carried out in recent years have concluded that supplements don't achieve much and cost a lot.

    I'm sure if they really did we at the charities would be crawled all over with people touting their wares - we aren't.

    I think you will find a lot of supplements such as Sunrider are sold by snake oil salesmen. People are in pain or whatever and you just produce a wonder pill that is purported to help them and makes you a lot of money.
