Superficial Spreading Melanoma or Dysplastic Nevus?

Hello, I'm a 31 year old, Caucasian female.

I have tons of freckles, but there's one in particular that I'm concerned about. I'm waiting for my appointment with a dermatologist and in the meantime would appreciate thoughts as to what this might be? This freckle had been on my forearm since I was 12, but it was only ever around 1 or 2mm in size....about 2 years ago it started changing and lately its changed a lot and is now 10mm in size....its flat and has no symptoms. I've taken as good of pics as I can, this is all the same lesion....I used the "tape dermoscopy " trick to get some of the pics.
