Superior Capsule Reconstruction versus Trapezius Tendon Transfer surgery

I had surgery for a full thickness supraspinatus and infraspinatus rotator cuff tear in February. At 3 months PO I found out it failed. 2 surgeons have said it is now irreparable due to poor tissue quality and retraction/atrophy. One recommends Superior Capsule Reconstruction and the other recommends Trapezius Tendon Transfer.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these surgeries?
