I take a multi-vitamin, Vit D, B12, magnesium and just started Vit E. Anyone found these or other supplements to be helpful?

I take multi, vit D, calcium with magnesium, fish oil. coq10, women's health vit that is supposed to help with all symptoms. At night sometimes I take extra vit D, magnesium or iron especially if I feel worn out, Not sure it helps but I still take them thinking that it has to help somehow. I swim, drink alot of water and recently started spirulina and collagen in my smoothies for anti-aging purposes. The last couple weeks I have felt really bad but before I was smooth sailing. I think these hormones just have a mind of there own-- so hopefully they will run their cycle and move on out.

I also take a vitamin called "female harmony" that is supposed to help. Also, I used to take Spring Valley's Black Cohosh complex where you took an AM formula and PM formula. Loved them, helped hot flashes, but can't them here anymore and haven't even found them online anywhere.
Also I take a multivitamin and Calcium dr. recommended. None, of it can hurt I'm sure.

I take them but I don’t think they really work miracles. I still have my good days and bad days. Last 2 weeks have been bad joint pain and muscle fatigue and just plain feeling worn out 😞

Hi
I am taking menopace at the moment as like many ladies on here am really struggling , my latest symptoms have been fatigue and depression along with on and off anxiety, aching legs/ankles angry and weepy, and itching and generally no energy. Been on them for a week, but not helping so far maybe they don't get into your system for a while but they are turning my wee bright yellow , apparently it's the vitamin B2 .
