Supplements that lower blood sugar

Posted , 1 user is following.

I have successfully been able to slowly lower my blood sugar from 130s-140s to 90s and low 100s. Using supplements like berberine, cinnamon, a supp titled lowat, and so on. Am mindful of not slamming the body to lower blood sugar quickly. This has happened over 2-3 months.

My question is... what exactly is happening when using these supplements? Are they increasing insulin production? Are they protecting organs and blood vessels, arteries, heart, eyes, etc?

Am trying to find out what all is happening by bringing my sugar down with supps, and exercise... but is this only rendering a false positive of sorts?
