Supporting Problems

I think one of the main problems of the site recently is that some people who access it from other countries seem to think because its got the word patient in it its going to be like one of those doctor sites that you can directly contact a doctor, we who reside in the UK and some other countries understand its a pier to pier site and understand the context and possible uses it has, I'm seeing more and more direct medical questions being posted and I think it's because 3rd world countries sadly don't have the same facilities that we are lucky enough to have at our disposal.

I'm not sure what the answer is but I know I find it incredibly frustrating 😤 and I know others do as well.

I hate not being able to support others when they need help but we and they have to be realistic in their expectations of our ability to help them as well.

Mostly though especially for mental health issues we sadly are definitely not getting this across.
